Customer Terms & Booking Information

These terms describe the general booking expectations for WOOFY — Companion Care & Training in Bengaluru. A booking is confirmed only after WOOFY has discussed the requirements, assessed suitability where needed, confirmed availability, and agreed the applicable charges and arrangements with the customer.

Training programmes

• Owner or responsible family participation and practice between sessions are important.
• WhatsApp support is available during active training programmes, within reasonable programme-related communication.
• Please request rescheduling at least 24 hours before a session. Rescheduling remains subject to availability and confirmation.
• The ₹999 puppy trial and demonstration is a separate service and is not deducted from a package.
• Training progress depends on the individual animal, consistency, environment and owner practice. No specific result or behaviour outcome is guaranteed.
• Behaviour modification and Advanced K9 services require a suitability assessment.

Daycare and boarding

• Advance booking and a suitability assessment are required; submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a place.
• Dog overnight boarding is charged in 24-hour blocks at the agreed category rate.
• Owners must disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, medication, diet and behaviour concerns before acceptance.
• Relevant vaccination and health records may be requested where applicable.
• Special diets, medication administration and additional care must be discussed and agreed in advance.
• Owners of cats and other non-dog pets must provide the pet's regular food and suitable enclosure, habitat and equipment.
• Giant breeds, reptiles and specialised animals are considered only by custom quotation and subject to suitable facilities and expertise.

Service areas and logistics

Service availability, service areas, pickup/drop-off arrangements, timing and any additional charges must be confirmed with WOOFY before a booking is accepted.

Prices and payment

Website prices are the listed package or daily rates. Any applicable taxes, extra services or additional charges will be clarified before booking. Do not assume a booking is confirmed until WOOFY has confirmed it directly.
