Information you choose to provide

If you use an enquiry form, the website prepares a message containing your name, phone number, pet details, selected service and any message you enter. The email button opens your device's email application. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. This static website does not itself submit the form to a WOOFY server or store form entries.

Information shared with service providers

If you choose to send an enquiry, your information is handled by the email or messaging provider you use, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. The website may load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from external image hosts until those assets are replaced with WOOFY-owned images.

How we use enquiries

We use information you send to respond to enquiries, discuss suitability and availability, arrange services, and communicate about a booking. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Pet and care information

Before accepting a booking, we may ask you to share relevant pet health, vaccination, allergy, medication, diet and behaviour information so we can assess care requirements and safety.

You can choose not to submit an enquiry. For privacy questions or requests relating to information you have sent us, contact woofycanine@gmail.com.
